The Valhalla series was from born the mind of Keri Herman after competing in slopestyle at X-games and the Olympics. As a result, she was after an extremely playful all mountain ski.
- A partial twintip with a tapered sidecut; Quick manoeuvrability and turn initiation.
- Rocker - Camber - Rocker profile and softened the tip and tail. We were after a surfy feel and therefore designed a playful and forgiving construction
- Strong 4mm camber for underfoot edge control
It has inspired many other RMU ski models which have come and gone. But the Valhalla remains as one of our longest standing models, squeezing every ounce of fun out of the terrain. Whether it's for surfing powder or slashing between some soft bumps.
Keri worked with 25 other women in our home of Summit county, and took it on to design a playful ski that was versatile from top to bottom. It's won multiple awards and regarded as one of our best ever skis. Ridden by men and women alike from the park to backcountry adventures. Built for intermediate to advanced riders, the all mountain Valhalla is everyday fun.
Black never goes out of fashion and we love longevity. These blackout limited editions are only available directly through RMU. There is only 24 pairs in each length so grab them while before they go.
"Here’s a ski designed not just for women, but also by women, including Olympic freeskier Keri Herman. The Union loved this ski in soft, open steeps, where it floats like a dream and cruises through mixed snow conditions in the apron."
"...the Valhalla is so poppy, playful, whippy, turny, spinny, buttery, and amazing..."
