As of today, RMU employs 60 Staff members and have implemented an employee ownership program, used our skis to donate and raise funds for several nonprofits, and continue to maintain a "50+ days on snow" policy as a job requirement for our employees. We are faced with new challenges every day, and as we take steps towards the future of RMU and towards creating the brand we are setting out to build, our goal is to build a business in which our entire staff is afforded the opportunity to live comfortably, ski, and pursue the lifestyle that has connected us all. Additional terms:

• Commissions will only be paid on direct customer orders.

• The following terms cannot be used with the brand: cheap, discount, sale, clearance, wholesale, store, or retailer.

• RMU does not allow the following to be used with regards to the RMU affiliate program: paid search (PPC), email campaigns, or popup ads.
• Use of domain names containing our brand terms and their misspellings (RMU, RMU Outdoors) violate the terms of the affiliate relationship.
• RMU reserves the right to withhold sales commissions to affiliates or remove affiliates from the program that are found to be in violation of any of the terms & conditions.
